I lost my purchase information and my books, how can I get more books? |

I've no idea how to respond to these tickets. All I want is a book or a CD on the program I ordered! Can't you send a simple e-mail and let me know if you can send one or the other?

HI Fidel,
I can help you get set up and running. What I need from you is the proof of purchase. I can't do anything until I find your order. I need to know several things:
How did you order? Was it through screamingfingers with a credit card, or did you send in an order form with a check? If you ordered with a crdit card, you should have a reciept from clickbank, I will be able to locate your order with that number. If by check, then I need to find your order form.
OR
Did you purchase your copy off of Ebay? Did you pay with Paypal or by check?
As soon as I can locate your order, then I can get you set up. We get emails every day with people acting like they ordered our product and they are trying to get something for free. This is why we have to go through the process of finding your order. I've done a cursory check and I can't find your name. If you don't remember, then give me as much information as you can:
Name on the order
Email address
address
I know it's a pain in the back side, but I can't do anything until I can find you. Just reply to this email, and I'll get it. I'll stick with you until we get it all ironed out.
